Terms of use

These terms govern your use of turnless.sh and the Turnless beta list (the “Site”), provided by BRAIN TRUST PRIVATE LIMITED, a Singapore company (UEN 202416698H) (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. The Turnless app comes with its own terms, which apply when you get it. These terms limit our liability.

1. The beta list

Joining the beta list is free. It doesn't guarantee access to the beta, a release date, a price or any feature. You must give your own email address.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site to break the law, sign up other people without their permission, send automated or bulk requests, or interfere with the Site or its security.

3. Our rights

We and our licensors own the Site, the Turnless name and our trademarks. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without obligation to you.

4. Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site, or the beta, at any time.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Anything on the Site about the Turnless app describes our plans and may change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or relating to the Site or these terms. Our total liability for all claims is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. General

• Changes to these terms.We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using the Site after changes take effect, you accept them.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Whole agreement.These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver. No third party has rights under these terms.
