Turnless, including turnless.sh (the “Site”), is run by BRAIN TRUST PRIVATE LIMITED, a Singapore company (UEN 202416698H) (“we”, “us”). We're responsible for the personal data described here under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR.
What we collect
If you join the beta list: your email address, the version of the sign-up wording you agreed to, when you signed up, and a short label for how you found us, such as the referring website. Like most websites, we also receive standard request information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
Why
To email you when the Turnless beta opens, to protect the Site from abuse, and to comply with the law. For EU and UK visitors, we rely on your consent for the beta email, and on our legitimate interests for the rest. We don't sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the Site, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We also disclose data where the law requires.
Where
Our providers may process data outside Singapore. When they do, we take steps to ensure comparable protection to the PDPA, and for EU or UK data we use a lawful transfer mechanism.
How long
For as long as we need it for these purposes, or until you ask us to remove it, unless the law requires us to keep it. We plan to delete the beta list after the beta email has been sent.
Your choices
You can remove your signup with the link shown after you join, or by emailing hello@fray.sh. To access or correct your data, or to withdraw consent, email hello@fray.sh. You can also complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission or your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee the security of your data.
Children
The Site isn't for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and update the date above.
